* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significant northerly swell is generating
  hazardous seas through late tonight. As northerly swell
  gradually subsides, seas are expected to fall below hazardous
  levels of 10 feet by Sunday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
