...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Dense fog will reduce visibility to 1 NM or less.

* WHERE...Portions of Gulf of America.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Patches and banks of dense sea fog will be
  possible overnight ahead of a cold front. The threat of dense
  sea fog should come to and end mid Saturday morning as this cold
  front pushes offshore and drier conditions set in.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas
  5 to 7 ft.

* WHERE...Waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX from
  20 to 60 NM and Waters from High Island to Freeport TX from 20
  to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...For the rest of today, seas building to
  around 6 feet are expected with 15 to 20 knot winds. Winds and
  seas will increase further tonight into early tomorrow morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
