The affected areas were...
Coastal Waters From  Ochlockonee River to Apalachicola FL out to 20
Nm...

The thunderstorms have moved out of the warned area
and no longer pose a significant threat to boaters.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 AM EDT/1000 AM CDT/ for
Big Bend Florida...and the adjacent coastal waters. A Tornado Watch
also remains in effect until 300 PM EDT/200 PM CDT/ for Big Bend
Florida...and the adjacent coastal waters.

River Fl out to 20 Nm...
Coastal waters from  Suwannee River to Keaton Beach out 20 NM...
Waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...
Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...

At 1031 AM EDT/931 AM CDT/, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
waterspouts were located along a line extending from 57 nm east of
St. Marks to 30 nm south of V Tower, moving northeast at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 50 knots...suddenly higher
         waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours.
         Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats and damage
         vessels. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets.


Locations impacted include...
Buckeye Reef and Horseshoe Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
