The areas affected include...
  Nearshore and open waters from Erie PA to Ripley NY...

At 200 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of producing
winds to around 30 knots. These showers were located along a line
extending from 18 nm north of Erie to 6 nm southwest of Ripley,
moving northeast at 55 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 PM EDT for northwestern
Pennsylvania.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
