With the ongoing frontal passage, gusty northerly winds are being
observed along the Laguna Madre Bay, with occasional gusts of 20
or more knots. These higher gusts are expected to subside within
the next couple of hours. Small Craft Exercise Caution conditions
are expected through the afternoon.

Mariners should navigate with caution.
