This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western South
Dakota and northeastern Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

The grassland fire danger will be in the high to very high
category across much of the plains this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Elevated fire weather conditions could develop across parts of
the area mid to late week, especially on Thursday from northeast
Wyoming to southwest South Dakota. An upper level system moving
across the region toward the end of the week and into the weekend
will likely bring increasing chances for rain and snow to most of
the area. Some accumulating snow is possible, especially across
the higher elevations of the Black Hills.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today.
