A Red Flag Warning is in effect for the east Tennessee mountains Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday evening and a fire danger statement in effect for the remainder of east Tennessee and southwest Virginia. Gusty winds between 40 to 55 mph are expected in the East Tennessee mountains and adjacent foothills Wednesday and Wednesday night. A Wind Advisory is in effect for the southern part of east Tennessee, the Cumberland Plateau and most of the east Tennessee mountains Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday night. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
