along with much cooler temperatures. Min RH will fall to near
30 percent in the afternoon. Winds will ease overnight tonight
into Wednesday morning with RH recoveries to 50 to 60 percent.
Winds will be lighter Wednesday afternoon but min RH values
will fall into the 20 to 30 percent range.
