.DISCUSSION...

Observations at the nearby Niceville & Freeport stations show a
temperature/dew point of about 38/32 with light to calm winds
under clear skies this morning. Low dispersions are forecast from
ignition time to about 2PM CDT. However, LDSI tops out in the low
20s all day today. A light east wind gradually turns out of the
south this afternoon as the seabreeze develops. Minimum RH values
are forecast to be in the low 20s.

For tomorrow, a moistening trend fosters rebounding RH to double
the min values compared to later today. An increase in southerly
winds promotes more favorable dispersions from about 9AM CDT
through the afternoon. High dispersions are expected to spread
into the I-10 corridor, just north of the burn site. Signals for
fog are currently weak, but cannot rule out some patchy coverage
around the interstate early Wednesday morning.
