.DISCUSSION...
Mild, dry weather this week. Winds shift offshore tonight through
Wednesday morning, but remain weak until the mid-morning. Winds
pick up and become gusty after about 0900 PDT in the morning, then
starts to gradually decrease again after 1300 PDT. Generally
light winds in the late afternoon will then become northwest and
breezy after 1800 PDT. Very dry conditions most of Wednesday, with
humidity in the teens. Wind become light and variable from the
south and east after 2200-2300 PDT through Thursday afternoon,
when winds will become breezy from the west-northwest, strongest
1700-2100 PDT.
