.DISCUSSION...Breezy north-northwest winds will subside overnight, with
moderate RH recovery anticipated. A switch to north-northeast winds and
cooler temperatures are expected Tuesday as a cooler, drier air mass
moves over the burn site. However, the drier air mass will keep afternoon
RHs low. Hot, dry conditions are forecast Wednesday.
