.DISCUSSION...

Mostly clear skies to start the day and at ignition time will make
way for increasing cloud cover, with a chance for light snow
arriving during the late afternoon through the evening. RH at
ignition will be around 90 percent but temperatures will be below
zero such that there is little moisture even with RH that high.
Winds begin light and variable, favoring a southwesterly direction
and increasing to around 5mph by the late morning.

                    mostly cloudy (75-85 percent).
