Clear skies and cool temperatures expected today. Surface high
pressure should keep winds at or below 10 MPH from the southwest
this afternoon, but expect this to increase tomorrow. MinRHs will
teeter on the verge of low (25-30%) today and have had a history
of underperforming this week. However, the driest air is far
displaced to the west over AR.
