.DISCUSSION...
A cold front will move across Plainview about midnight. Ahead of this
front very strong winds and very low relative humidity can be expected.
Behind the front winds will veer slightly toward west-northwest while
also decreasing modestly in speed. Conditions will still be very windy
with relative humidity recovering slightly into the lower 20s where they
will likely remain for much of the night. Further veering of the winds
will occur about 7 AM and toward north around noon while remaining fairly
strong around 25-30 mph.

                    in the evening, then areas of blowing dust
