A very dry airmass is over the area in the wake of a passing
front. Relative humidities could fall below 20 percent Friday
afternoon before moderating a bit for Saturday. Even on
Saturday, minimum humidities will still be rather close to
critical levels. Windy conditions this afternoon will
diminish after sunset today, and be considerably lighter
on Friday. The next chance for rain will occur Sunday night
into Monday as another front moves through the region.
