The air mass is dry. The surface pressure gradient will relax today.
The morning inversion is very shallow and will break quickly after
sunrise. West-northwest winds 5 to 10 mph this morning may be gusty up
to around 15 mph for a couple of hours after sunrise,
then diminish back to 5 to 10 mph. Critical afternoon RH values
near 19 percent this afternoon. The evening inversion will set
up around 7pm. The boundary layer will be well mixed tonight, so
dispersion expected to be good and no fog forecast.
