.DISCUSSION...After a brief lull this morning rain and mountain
snow will resume across the Sierra and spread east through the
afternoon and overnight. Cold air associated with the storm will
bring snow levels to near 4000 feet or lower. Gusty southwesterly
winds can expected as well. Another system will drop through the
area Thursday with another chance of showers before drier
conditions move in Friday and into the weekend.
