.DISCUSSION...High pressure will bring well above normal
temperatures along with dry conditions through Wednesday. Minimum
RH is expected to drop into the upper single digits to upper teens
each day. A weather system will move into the region Thursday and
Friday bringing gusty southwest winds along with cooler temperatures.
Other than some low precipitation chances in the Sierra and southern
Great Basin, dry conditions prevail.
