.DISCUSSION...
Fire danger will remain low today, but localized risks will
persist. Little to no rainfall is expected over fire-prone areas,
and surface winds will generally remain below 15 mph. Minimum RH
may drop around 45-55%, but this alone is not sufficient to
support critical fire weather conditions. Despite above-normal
rainfall over the past 3060 days, fine fuels remain receptive,
and KBDI elevated. Conditions will continue to be monitored, but
no significant fire weather concerns are expected at this time.
