.DISCUSSION...A low pressure system will move through the region
this evening bringing showers and storms. Some storms may be
strong to severe. Ahead of this system, winds will be strong
gusting up to 45mph in the afternoon and evening. Over the
Bluegrass, pockets of sun will allow for better mixing and lower
RH values in the 28-35% range. Tonight, the cold front will pass
through bringing temperatures down into the upper 30s and low 40s.
Winds will remain elevated Thursday as the low pressure system
moves out of the area. Showers will continue through most of the
day, with some rain/snow mix possible in the morning.
