.DISCUSSION...Strong high pressure over the region will keep the
active weather at bay with temperatures well above normal. Near
record warmth is expected in most of Northern and Central Nevada
both Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon. These unseasonably
warm temperatures will increase snowmelt and enhance runoff into
area streams and creeks. Strong winds and an opportunity for
precipitation is expected for the latter half of the week along
with cooler temperatures.
