.DISCUSSION...
A remnant shallow cold air mass will linger across southwest Kansas
today, and winds will remain fairly light through the first half of
the day. Winds will increase out of the north and eventually
northeast in the afternoon, and the northeast winds will usher in
even colder air. Thus, afternoon humidity will be fairly high in the
50s to 60s percent except in the far west where afternoon humidity is
expected to fall down to as low as 30 to 35 percent.
