.DISCUSSION...
Very strong winds expected again this morning through the evening hours.
Elevated fire weather conditions are possible given the strong winds,
but humidity values are expected to bottom out around 20 to 25% across
much of the area. Minimal fire weather concerns Tuesday due to weakening
winds and humidity values between 25 and 35%. Fire weather concerns ramp
up Wednesday onwards as relative humidity values tank into the 10 to 15%
range. Wind will remain calm across much of the region, leading to lower
levels of concern, but with humidity values this low concerns remain.
