...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EDT /7 AM CDT/ THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
  areas, Bledsoe, Bradley, East Polk, Hamilton, Loudon, Marion,
  McMinn, Meigs, Morgan, Northwest Monroe, Rhea, Roane, Scott TN,
  Sequatchie, Southeast Monroe and West Polk.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT /7 AM CDT/ this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rain is moving out of this region. Radar estimates 3 to
    5 inches of rain has fallen over the past 24 hours with
    higher amounts in some spots. Flooding issues will likely
    continue for a few more hours.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared

  possible.

  areas, Anderson, Campbell, Claiborne, Knox, Northwest Blount and
  Union.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rain will continue for a few more hours possibly
    leading to flooding issues. Radar indicates that 2 to 4
    inches of rain has fallen over the past 24 hours. Additional
    rainfall is expected to be around half an inch.
