...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of east central, south
central, and southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in
east central Kentucky, Bath, Estill, Fleming, Menifee, Montgomery,
Powell and Rowan. In south central Kentucky, Laurel, McCreary,
Pulaski, Rockcastle, Wayne and Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Bell,
Clay, Jackson, Knox, Lee, Owsley and Wolfe.

High water is collecting into larger creeks and streams and is
nearing crest or has crested in these areas. Elsewhere, some rises
on area rivers are anticipated today. Showers and thunderstorms
later today are not expected to lead to any additional flooding.
However, please continue to heed any road closures.
