Bays.

1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the
average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Areas of sea fog continue over the Gulf. This fog is expected to
periodically impact the coast and through Saturday morning.
Onshore flow is expected to increase today into tonight, resulting
in building swell over the Gulf. Winds become westerly to
northwesterly Saturday into Sunday in the wake of cold front.
Gusts up to 25 knots are possible in the immediate wake of the
front on Saturday. By Monday, winds veer southeast as high
pressure departs to the east. Increasing onshore flow and
building swell expected Tuesday into Wednesday ahead of a cold
front.
