.Synopsis for Stonington ME to Merrimack River Ma out to 25 NM
High pressure continues to drift east with locally dense fog
at times over the waters at times through this weekend. A large low
pressure system tracks through the Great Lakes tonight and will send
a cold front across the waters late Sunday into Monday. Southerly
winds ahead of this cold front will bring the potential for Gales
Sunday evening through Monday morning. Following the frontal passage
on Monday, high pressure builds across the waters Tuesday and then
shifts east through the middle of next week as another cold front
approaches.
