.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...
Combined seas of 8 to 10 feet remain hazardous to small craft, due
to a significant pulse of northwest to north swell and elevated
wind waves, stemming from a descending stationary front. The
front, and associated strong winds, will arrive first to Tinian
and Saipan tonight, descending further south over Rota and Guam
waters Monday, before wind speeds gradually relax below hazardous
levels towards the second half of the week. In the meantime, light
to gentle winds will pick up tonight, especially for Tinian and
Saipan with breezy conditions expected through mid-week.
