.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...A developing monsoon disturbance
to the north of the islands will keep a wet southwesterly pattern
across the CNMI. Combined seas of 3 to 4 ft look to increase
marginally tonight as a southwest monsoon swell and winds persist
within the region. Seas are expected to gradually fall in the
latter half of the week.
