VFR conditions prevail over the next 24 hours across interior
NorCal. Southerly surface wind gusts 30 to 40 knots in the
northern Sacramento Valley and adjacent foothills until around
00z-03z Friday. Elsewhere in the Valley, southerly surface gusts
up to around 25 knots next 24 hours. In the mountains, gusts 40
to 50 knots. Isolated thunderstorms possible until 00z Thursday,
and again after 18z Thursday. Periods of MVFR/local IFR
conditions in showers and/or low ceilings after 00z Thursday. Snow
levels lowering to 4000-5000 feet Thursday-Friday.
