Afternoon humidity down around 25 to 40%, highest over snow covered areas this morning. Temperatures increase for Saturday with south winds of 25 to 40 mph. Afternoon humidity down to 40% in south central South Dakota, as high as 70% in northeast South Dakota. Main concern is for Sunday with west winds 25 to 35 mph, temperatures 15 to 25 degrees above normal (70s to low 80s) and afternoon humidity 20 to 40% from south to north.
