* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Winds gusting as high as 60
  mph.

* WHERE...Bering Strait Coast and Diomede.

* WHEN...From 9 AM Friday to 9 PM AKST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
  visibility to 1/4 mile or less at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
