...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM AKST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. North-northeast winds gusting as
  high as 45 mph with visibility below 1/2 mile at times.

* WHERE...Brevig Mission.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Blowing snow and visibility less than 1/2 mile at times
  through Monday afternoon. Wind chills as low as -35F will result
  in frostbite in as little as 10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The most impactful blowing snow and strongest
  winds will be in Brevig Mission Sunday night through Monday
  afternoon. Wales will also have some breezy conditions but
  visibility should remain over 1 mile for the majority of Sunday
  night and Monday.
