...Strong winds and snowfall may result in Blizzard conditions
Tuesday and Wednesday...

A storm system is expected to enter the Chukchi Sea early next
week. This will cause strong winds with gusts between 50 and 60
mph for the Northern Seward Peninsula and Northern Kotzebue Sound.
These winds combined with the expected snowfall could result in
near blizzard conditions at times.

In addition, localized ice shoves are a possibility with the new
ice starting to form along the Northern Kotzebue Sound.
