  Middle Yukon Valley, North Slopes of the Western Alaska Range, and
  Upper Kuskokwim Valley.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM AKDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
  power outages may result.
