* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* WHERE...Bering Strait Coast, Shishmaref, and St Lawrence Island.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, blow around unsecured
  objects, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be
  difficult.
