.DISCUSSION...
The next system begins to march across the Western Interior today,
bringing high chances of wetting rain north of the Yukon River as
well as allowing temperatures to rise back into the mid to upper
50s along the coast and the lower 60s for the Western Interior.
Strong southwest winds will continue across the West Coast and
Western Interior as the front moves across. The West Coast will
see the strongest winds with wind gusts up to 40 mph being
possible. The Western Interior valleys could see gusts up to 20
mph, but the higher terrain could see wind gusts of 30 mph.
Additional rain expected Friday into the weekend with cool and
wet conditions looking to continue for the foreseeable future.
