Additional snow accumulations up to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow expected above 7000 to 8000 feet. Total snow accumulations between 1.5 and 2 feet below 8500 feet and 3 to 5 feet near the crest. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Eastern Sierra Slopes. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 4 AM PST Sunday. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 4 AM Monday to 10 AM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Roads will become snow covered and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Strong winds could create areas of blowing and drifting snow. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels will begin around 7000 feet and increase to 8000 feet during the day Monday.
