.DISCUSSION...Moisture continues increasing across the area, with
min RH at the Grapevine Fire today around 26%, good recovery
tonight, and RH Wednesday afternoon around 27%. There is a 10-15%
chance of thunderstorms at the wildfire this afternoon, mainly
after 1200 PDT, with erratic gusty winds and lightning the main
concerns. Brief downpours are possible, though wetting rain is not
expected. Outflow winds from distant storms could also impact the
Grapevine Fire containment area. The chance for storms increases
to 30-40% on Wednesday, with potential for wetting rain increasing
later in the week. Away from storms, 20ft winds will generally
remain light and terrain-driven, under 10 mph.
