.DISCUSSION...There is a slight chance for isolated showers and
thunderstorms this afternoon and again tomorrow afternoon.
Lightning and variable gusty winds will be a threat with any
storms that develop or move near the Crest Fire. Due to the
isolated nature of these showers and thunderstorms, chances for
wetting rains are minimal to non-existant. Outside of any
convective influence, winds will remain relatively light and will
tend to follow typical diurnal directional trends with upvalley
winds during the day and downvalley winds overnight. Temperatures
will top out in the mid-60s today and tomorrow with overnight
lows in the upper-40s.
