Moisture has subtly increased, though RHs will still bottom out around 17 to 22 percent today and Saturday, with fair recovery tonight as RHs rebound to 30 to 35 percent. Chances for thunderstorms increase today, persisting through Saturday and beyond, with activity peaking during the afternoon and early evening each day. Erratic gusty winds, frequent lightning, and wetting rains will be possible with storms that develop. Away from storms or associated outflow boundaries, 20ft winds in the vicinity of the One Way fire generally remain westerly to southwesterly, under 10 mph. .REST OF TODAY...
