...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 8 PM PDT
THIS EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND DRY LIGHTNING...

.DISCUSSION...Breezy south to southeast winds are expected this
afternoon and evening with min RH dropping into the single digits
to lower teens. Isolated mainly dry thunderstorms are anticipated
to form across western Lincoln County through the afternoon which
may be accompanied by very strong surface wind gusts to 50 mph. Shower
and storm activity may linger into the overnight as a low pressure
system approaches, with widespread activity expected Wednesday that will
gradually trend wetter.

                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
