...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN IN THE
FORECAST THROUGH TODAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM SHIFTS THROUGH THE
REGION. IMPACTS WILL BE LIMITED WITH SMALL HAIL AND SUDDEN GUSTY
WINDS POSSIBLE, AS WELL AS LIGHT TO BRIEFLY MODERATE SNOW ABOVE
5000FT. ISOLATED SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE IN MOHAVE COUNTY ON FRIDAY,
OTHERWISE THE REST OF THE FORECAST IS DRY INTO NEXT WEEK.
TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN WELL BELOW NORMAL TODAY BUT WILL SLOWLY
RECOVER AND RETURN TO NEAR NORMAL OVER THE WEEKEND WITH WELL ABOVE
NORMAL READINGS EXPECTED BY THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE WESTERN STATES WILL MAINTAIN COOLER
THAN AVERAGE TEMPERATURES THROUGH FRIDAY THOUGH WITH WARMING FOR
TODAY AND FRIDAY. SCATTERED SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TODAY WITH THE
GREATEST COVERAGE AND AMOUNTS FOR THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING
FOR THE MOUNTAINS AND VALLEYS. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS
FOR FRIDAY AFTERNOON FOR THE MOUNTAINS AND INLAND VALLEYS. THEN DRY
AND WARMER FOR THE WEEKEND WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES WARMING TO AROUND
AVERAGE. NOT MUCH CHANGE IN TEMPERATURES FOR MONDAY AND TUESDAY WITH
STRONGER ONSHORE FLOW. THEN WARMER FOR THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK WITH
HIGH TEMPERATURES 10 TO 15 DEGREES ABOVE AVERAGE FOR INLAND AREAS.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

UNSETTLED WEATHER WILL CONTINUE THROUGH AT LEAST FRIDAY WITH WELL
BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND ISOLATED LIGHT SHOWERS AT TIMES.
CHANCES FOR WETTING RAINFALL WILL REMAIN LOW AT LESS THAN 10%.
MINRHS WILL RANGE FROM 20-30% AREAWIDE TODAY BEFORE GRADUALLY
LOWERING CLOSER TO 10-15% OVER THE WEEKEND. EXPECT LIGHT WINDS TODAY
BEFORE WINDS INCREASE OUT OF THE NORTHWEST ON FRIDAY WITH AFTERNOON
GUSTS OF 20-25 MPH POSSIBLE. HIGH PRESSURE WILL EVENTUALLY SETTLE
BACK INTO THE REGION SUNDAY INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK BRINGING A RAPID
WARMING TREND AND SEASONABLY DRY CONDITIONS.
