...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

LIGHT RAIN AND SNOW FELL OVERNIGHT MOSTLY IN LINCOLN COUNTY. THOSE
SHOWERS WILL BE EXITING EASTERN NEVADA EARLY THIS MORNING AS THE
SYSTEM CONTINUES EAST INTO UTAH. THE GREAT BASIN AND MOJAVE DESERT
WILL LIE BETWEEN SYSTEMS WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY WITH A NOTED
INCREASE IN WINDS IN THE HIGHER ELEVATION OF THE SOUTHERN SIERRA.
MUCH OF THE PRECIPITATION LOOKS TO FALL IN THE SOUTHERN SIERRA
FRIDAY WITH LOWER PROBABILITIES AND LIGHT AMOUNTS SPREADING INTO
THE GREAT BASIN THROUGH SATURDAY.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

GUSTY WESTERLY WINDS ARE EXPECTED OVER THE MOUNTAINS AND INTO THE
DESERTS TONIGHT INTO EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. WIND GUSTS OF 35 TO
50 MPH ARE EXPECTED. THERE IS ALSO A CHANCE OF SHOWERS FOR TONIGHT
INTO EARLY TUESDAY FROM THE COAST TO THE MOUNTAINS. THE CHANCE FOR
WETTING RAIN IS 10 PERCENT OR LESS FOR THE COAST AND VALLEYS AND UP
TO 20 PERCENT ON THE COASTAL SLOPES OF THE SAN DIEGO MOUNTAINS.
NORTH TO NORTHEASTERLY WINDS ARE EXPECTED TUESDAY MORNING FOR THE
COASTAL SLOPES AND FOOTHILLS OF THE SAN BERNARDINO AND SANTA ANA
MOUNTAINS AND BELOW THE CAJON PASS. PEAK GUSTS OF 25 TO 35 MPH
EXPECTED. MINIMUM DAYTIME RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL FALL TO 15 TO
25 PERCENT FOR THE INLAND EMPIRE AND THE MOUNTAINS TUESDAY
AFTERNOON. DRIER CONDITIONS WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITY 10 TO 15 PERCENT
EXPECTED WEDNESDAY BUT WINDS WILL BE MUCH WEAKER. WARM CONDITIONS
EXPECTED FOR WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. COOLER WITH INCREASED WESTERLY
WINDS AND CHANCES OF PRECIPITATION FRIDAY THROUGH THE WEEKEND.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

TEMPERATURES FLUCTUATING A FEW DEGREES ABOVE AND BELOW NORMAL
THROUGH THURSDAY WILL PRECEDE A MARKED COOLING TREND GOING INTO AND
THROUGH THE WEEKEND. WINDS WILL FOLLOW TYPICAL DIURNAL
UPSLOPE/NOCTURNAL DRAINAGE TENDENCIES, WITH ONLY SOME MODEST
MORNING RIDGE TOP GUSTINESS DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK. MINRHS
WILL FALL MOSTLY IN A 10-15% RANGE THROUGH THE WEEK, WITH READINGS
CLOSER TO 20-25% OVER HIGHER TERRAIN OF EASTERN DISTRICTS.
OVERNIGHT RECOVERY WILL BE BETTER IN THE EASTERN DISTRICTS, MOSTLY
BETWEEN 40-60% WITH POOR TO FAIR OVERNIGHT RECOVERY (AROUND 20-40%)
IN LOWER ELEVATIONS AND WESTERN DISTRICTS THROUGH MOST OF THE WEEK.
COOLER TEMPERATURES AND INCREASING MOISTURE LEVELS WILL RESULT IN
HIGHER RH LEVELS LATE WEEK AND INTO THE WEEKEND. OVERALL, DRY
WEATHER WILL PERSIST THIS WEEK, BUT PRECIPITATION CHANCES WILL
INCREASE LATE THIS WEEKEND, ALBEIT 25-35% CHANCES CONFINED TO THE
EASTERN DISTRICTS MAINLY IN GILA COUNTY AS EARLY AS SUNDAY.
