...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE WEEK BEFORE
TRENDING CLOSER TO NORMAL BY EARLY NEXT WEEK. A WEAK LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM WILL BRING INCREASED NORTHERLY WINDS TO THE REGION ON
WEDNESDAY, WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS OCCURRING WITHIN THE COLORADO
RIVER VALLEY NEAR LAUGHLIN. CHANCES FOR PRECIPITATION REMAIN LOW
(5-20%). MIN RH WILL FALL INTO THE TEENS AND SINGLE DIGITS OUTSIDE
OF THE HIGHEST TERRAIN THROUGH SATURDAY, RISING INTO THE 20-35%
RANGE AS A MORE ACTIVE WEATHER PATTERN DEVELOPS BEGINNING SUNDAY.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL WARM A FEW DEGREES TODAY WITH GREATER
WARMING FOR INLAND AREAS ON WEDNESDAY. SANTA ANA WINDS ON LATE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY WILL BRING INLAND COOLING ON THURSDAY
WHILE COASTAL AREAS CONTINUE TO WARM. THE STRONGEST GUSTS ALONG AND
BELOW THE COASTAL SLOPES OF THE MOUNTAINS OF 35 TO 45 MPH COMBINED
WITH LOWEST DAYTIME HUMIDITY ON THURSDAY OF 8 TO 12 PERCENT FOR THE
VALLEYS, MOUNTAINS, AND DESERTS WILL BRING ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS ON THURSDAY FOR THE LOWER COASTAL SLOPES OF THE MOUNTAINS
INTO THE INLAND VALLEYS. FOR FRIDAY INTO NEXT WEEK, A SERIES OF LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEMS MOVING INLAND ALONG THE WEST COAST WILL BRING
SUBSTANTIALLY COOLER DAYS, HIGHER HUMIDITY, AND CHANCES FOR
PRECIPITATION WITH GREATER CHANCES FOR WETTING PRECIPITATION
BEGINNING SUNDAY AND MONDAY.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

VERY DRY AND UNSEASONABLY WARM CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL THROUGH MID
WEEK WITH HIGHS MAINLY IN THE UPPER 80S ACROSS THE LOWER DESERTS.
DAILY MINRHS OF 5-15% ARE EXPECTED WITH FAIR TO POOR OVERNIGHT
RECOVERIES TO AROUND 25-30%. WINDS WILL REMAIN LIGHT TODAY, BUT
INCREASE STARTING WEDNESDAY ACROSS THE LOWER CO RIVER VALLEY WHERE
GUSTS OF 20-25 MPH ARE EXPECTED. FIRST THE PART HALF OF THURSDAY,
BREEZY NORTHEAST TO EAST WINDS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE MAJORITY OF
THE AREA WITH THE STRONGEST WIND GUSTS OF UP TO 30 MPH ACROSS THE
ARIZONA HIGHER TERRAIN.
