.DISCUSSION...Dry and breezy southwest winds prevail through Monday,
leading to pockets of elevated fire weather condition, mainly across
the southern Great Basin. By Tuesday, monsoon moisture will begin to
move in from the southeast, bringing increased chances of showers
and storms. Although temperatures also increase during this time,
min RH values should rise into the teens and twenties. Outside of
any convective outflow winds, no significant winds are expected.
