the Owens Valley and Sierra. Very light showers will remain
possible across the Southern Great Basin through the afternoon.
Otherwise, breezy conditions expected today with rain and mountain
snow returning to the Sierra region Thursday into Friday.
Temperatures will remain above normal today and cool closer to
seasonal normals over the weekend.
