.DISCUSSION...Remnant moisture persists across northwestern
Arizona and eastern Lincoln County this afternoon, with minimum
relative humidities between 15 and 20 percent. Elsewhere, minimum
RH ranges from 5 to 15 percent, coupled with gusty south-
southwest winds between 25 and 35 mph. Conditions will remain dry
through the week (widespread single-digit RH) with climbing
temperatures and breezy afternoon southwesterly winds.
