.DISCUSSION...Expect isolated showers and thunderstorms across
the higher terrain of southern Nevada and northwestern Arizona
this afternoon, with storms dissipating after sunset. Another
round of afternoon showers and thunderstorms will be possible for
areas south and east of the I-15 corridor on Monday. Above normal
temperatures will continue across the region through the end of
the week. Afternoon relative humidities will bottom out in the
single digits to upper- teens this afternoon. Areas south and east
of I-15 will see an uptick in moisture tomorrow, bringing minimum
RH values into the 15 to 25% range. Beyond Monday, moisture will
decrease across the region as we find ourselves under dry
southwesterly flow aloft.
