.DISCUSSION...Hot, dry, and breezy conditions will continue
through next week. Temperatures will remain near or slightly above
normal through early next week, warming to well above normal mid
to late week. Min RHs will continue to drop into the single digits
each afternoon, with generally poor nocturnal recovery to around
15-25% for most locations. A modest increase in moisture is
expected across the Colorado River Valley and Northwest Arizona
midweek onward, with a return of storm chances mainly for eastern
Mohave County. Given continued dry conditions and south-
southwesterly wind gusts around 15-25mph, localized elevated fire
weather conditions will be possible, especially in terrain favored
areas each afternoon.
