.DISCUSSION...Expect southwest winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts
up to 40 mph along with minimum relative humidity between 5 and 15
percent in northwest Arizona today. Winds strengthen again across
much of southern Nevada and northwestern Arizona tomorrow and
Tuesday, bringing another round of widespread elevated to critical
fire weather conditions. For Tuesday, confidence is increasing in
the main wind impacts occurring in northwestern Arizona. Winds
weaken but hot and dry conditions persist on Wednesday and beyond.
