.DISCUSSION...Increased southwest winds arrive Wednesday as a system moves
by. Gusts generally 20 to 35 mph. The rest of the time, light
breezes and above-normal temperatures prevail. Precipitation chances
on Wednesday are 20 to 30 percent in the eastern Sierra, but dry
conditions persist for the rest of the area. Afternoon RH values 10
to 25 percent most days with overnight recoveries largely in the 35
to 60 percent range.
